Cartofii trebuie sa fe acoperiti, asa ca daca este cazul mai punem apa.&lt;br /&gt;Lasam sa fiarba cartofii (in 15 minute sunt fierti) si amestecam din cand in cand ca sa nu se prinda de fundul cratitei, adaugam smantana si patrunjelul tocat. Cine doreste sa fie putin mai acru, adauga putina zeama de lamaie la final in sos.&lt;br /&gt;Fierbem pastele cu un minut mai putin decat scrie pe ambalaj, le strecuram si le rasturnam peste tonul cu rosii. Compozitia trebuie sa fie ca o smantana (nu exagerat de groasa). Dupa ce carnea este prajita, adaugam varza si conserva de rosii (rosiile le punem la inceput pentru ca altfel varza se inmoaie prea mult) si punem un capac peste cratita.&lt;br /&gt;Amestecam din cand in cand. Mi s-au parut extrem de bune, asa ca am incercat sa le fac si eu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru 6 portii:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 punga de penne&lt;br /&gt;1 vanata taiata in 4 si apoi felii&lt;br /&gt;1 dovlecel taiat in 2 si apoi felii&lt;br /&gt;2 catei de usturoi tocat&lt;br /&gt;1 conserva de rosii decojite tocate in bulion (sau sos de rosii pentru paste preparat deja)&lt;br /&gt;cateva masline&lt;br /&gt;ulei de masline (destul de mult)&lt;br /&gt;1 lingura de ulei&lt;br /&gt;chili&lt;br /&gt;sare&lt;br /&gt;parmezan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In uleiul de masline calim usturoiul, apoi punem la calit dovlecelul si&amp;nbsp;vanata tocate. Dupa ce s-au inmuiat, adaugam sarea, maslinele, chili si rosiile tocate si le lasam sa fiarba 4-5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;In timp ce calim leguele, punem apa la fiert pentru penne cu 1 lingurita de sare si 1 ligura de ulei. Adaugam carnea tocata, o lasam 15 minute, pana se prajeste si adaugam bulioul, foaia de dafin, zaharul, sare si piper. Lasam 10 minute sa fiarba.&lt;br /&gt;Firbem pastele dupa instructiunile de pe ambalaj (cu un minut mai putin), le strecuram si le punem peste sosul bolognez. Le calim 2-3 minute si adaugam smantana, sarea si piperul.&lt;br /&gt;Lasam 7-8 minute sa fiarba (ciupercile vor lasa apa si in timpul asta asteptam sa scada).&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp fierbem pastele cu un minut mai putin fata de cats cie pe ambalaj, le scurgem si le rasturnam peste sosul cu kaizer si ciuperci. Lasam tigaia 1-2 minute pe foc. Pusi pe gratar sunt foarte buni)&lt;br /&gt;300 gr. de rosii tocate in bulion&lt;br /&gt;2 catei de usturoi tocati marunt&lt;br /&gt;2 linguri de ulei&lt;br /&gt;50 ml. vin alb&lt;br /&gt;1 lingurita de zahar&lt;br /&gt;sare&lt;br /&gt;piper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calim usturoiul in ulei, adaugam sosul de rosii, zaharul si sarea, fierbem 4-5 minute. Adaugam fructele de mare amestecate, piperul si vinul si mai fierbem 3-4 minute.&lt;br /&gt;In acest timp fierbem pastele dupa instructiunile de pe punga si punem crevetii jumbo pe gratar - maximum 3 minute pe fiecare parte.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce pastele sunt fierte, le amestecam cu soscul cu fructe de mare. Punem fructele de mare si vinul alb si mai lasam 3-4 minute sa fiarba. La sfarsit adaugam piperul si patrunjelul.&lt;br /&gt;In acest timp fierbem tagliatelele cu un minut mai putin decat scrie pe cutie, pe care le strecuram si le punem in tigaia cu sos, impreuna cu 2 catei de usturoi pisati. [Pentru a putea sa tai felii subiri scot carnea de vita de la congelator si astept sa se dezghete putin (cat sa pot taia feliile subtiri contra-fibra).]&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce vita s-a calit, adaugam sosul de rosii, vinul, sarea si piperul si lasam 10 minute sa fiarba.&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp fierbem spaghetele cu 1 minut mai putin fata de cat scrie pe ambalaj, le stracuram si le turnam peste sosul cu carne de vita.&lt;br /&gt;Mai lasam 1-2 minute pe foc pastele. Dupa ce le scoatem din tigaie, le punem intr-o sitaa c sa se scurga uleiul absorbit prin prajire.&lt;br /&gt;Taiem ceapa marunt, o calim, apoi punem morcovul si telina date pe razatoare. Dupa 1 minut adaugam carnea tocata, sare, piper si o lasam 15 minute, pana este gata. Adaugam rosiile in bulion, foaia de dafin si o lingurita de zahar si lasam 10 minute sa fiarba. Dupa ce a fiert, turnam peste ea supa de legume si ceapa calita si rosiile in bulion, punem sare si piper si lasam sa fiarba 15 minute.&amp;nbsp;Dupa ce a fiert mixam supa cu un blender. Dupa ce s-a calit ceapa, punem restul legumelor si le lasam 10 minute sa se caleasca.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce a fiert carnea, punem legumele in oala cu apa si le lasam 15-20 de minute sa fiarba.&lt;br /&gt;In timpul asta, amestecam carnea tocata de vita cu cea de porc, cu orezul si cu oul si incepem cu o lingurita sa modelam perisoarele, pe care le punem pe un platou.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa cele 15-20 de minute in care legumele au fiert, punem perisoarele in oala si le lasam sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;Separat fierbem borsul sau zeama de varza. Taiem fiecare bucata in 2-3 bucatele, ii scobim la mijloc, astfel incat sa arate ca niste mici barcute.&lt;br /&gt;Ardeii: ii spalam, ii taiem in 2 si ii curatam in inerior.&lt;br /&gt;Maruntim tonul, il amestecam cu sare, chili, piper, zeama de lamaie si mozzarela. Cozile le tocam marunt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Calim ceapa in cele 3 linguri de ulei, adaugam baconul. Dupa ce s-a calit si baconul, adaugam cozile de ciuperci taiate marunt si lasam 10 minute sa se caleasca si ele, adaugam sare si piper. La sfarsit punem marar si amestecam cu jumatate din mizzarela.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ungem o tava cu ulei si punem ciupercile umplute cu compozitia de mai sus.
